🍝 Pasta Cacio e Pepe

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (e.g. Spaghetti)
- 60 g Pecorino Romano
- 1 TL Black pepper
- 1 TL Salt
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
- 2. Drain pasta and reserve some cooking water.
- 3. Toast black pepper briefly in the same pan.
- 4. Add pasta and Pecorino, mix with reserved cooking water.
- 5. Season with salt to taste and serve.
