Ingredients
- 200 g Bucatini
- 100 g Guanciale
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 50 g Pecorino Romano
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook bucatini al dente according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry guanciale until crispy.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- 5. Serve with grated Pecorino and pepper.
