🥩 Parisian Steak-Frites with Garlic Butter Crunch

Ingredients
- 400 g Tartare steak (or very thin beef fillet)
- 500 g Frozen french fries
- 30 g Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves (pressed)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 150 g Chopped Brussels sprouts
- 2 TL Mustard
- 1 Messerspitze Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the french fries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Add the Brussels sprouts to a separate pan with some olive oil and fry them until crispy over medium heat (approx. 5 minutes).
- 3. Place the french fries in the oven and bake them until crispy for 15 minutes.
- 4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a hot pan and sauté the garlic briefly without browning it.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the mustard into the garlic butter.
- 6. Sear the steak strips in the garlic butter pan for approx. 1-2 minutes per side for medium.
- 7. Remove all ingredients from the oven and stove. Season everything generously with salt and pepper.
- 8. Serve the steak strips on top of the Brussels sprouts and place the french fries beside them, drizzled with the remaining garlic butter.
