  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the french fries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Add the Brussels sprouts to a separate pan with some olive oil and fry them until crispy over medium heat (approx. 5 minutes).
  3. 3. Place the french fries in the oven and bake them until crispy for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a hot pan and sauté the garlic briefly without browning it.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the mustard into the garlic butter.
  6. 6. Sear the steak strips in the garlic butter pan for approx. 1-2 minutes per side for medium.
  7. 7. Remove all ingredients from the oven and stove. Season everything generously with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Serve the steak strips on top of the Brussels sprouts and place the french fries beside them, drizzled with the remaining garlic butter.
