Ingredients
- 125 ml Water
- 50 g butter
- 75 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g Almonds
- 100 ml Whipped cream
Instructions
- 1. Bring water and butter to a boil, add flour and stir well.
- 2. Stir in the eggs one by one until a smooth mixture forms.
- 3. Pipe the mixture into ring shapes and sprinkle with almonds.
- 4. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- 5. Let cool and fill with whipped cream.
- 6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
