Ingredients
- 200 g Wheat Flour
- 80 ml Water
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 2 EL Oil
- 100 g Boiled Potatoes
- 1/2 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, salt, water, and 1 tbsp oil into a dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Mash potatoes with cumin and season.
- 4. Divide dough into portions, fill with potato mixture and flatten.
- 5. Fry in a hot pan with 1 tbsp of oil until golden.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
