🌶️ Pepper Crema with Pipirrana

Ingredients
- 200 g Yellow pepper, diced
- 200 g Red pepper, diced
- 150 g Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 150 g Tomato, deseeded and diced
- 100 g Light cream cheese
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 50 ml Milk
- 50 g Onion, finely diced
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 1 TL White wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Dice the yellow pepper into cubes.
- 2. Dice the red pepper into cubes.
- 3. Peel the cucumber and dice it into cubes.
- 4. Deseed the tomato and dice it into cubes.
- 5. Finely dice the onion.
- 6. Whisk the cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika powder in a bowl until smooth.
- 7. Mix all diced vegetables in a large bowl.
- 8. Moisten the vegetables with the vinegar and olive oil.
- 9. Serve the pepper crema in small bowls and place the pipirrana next to it.
