  6. 6. Whisk the cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika powder in a bowl until smooth.
  7. 7. Mix all diced vegetables in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Moisten the vegetables with the vinegar and olive oil.
  9. 9. Serve the pepper crema in small bowls and place the pipirrana next to it.
