  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Wash the vegetables and slice the zucchini and eggplant into thin rounds.
  3. 3. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the tomato into thick slices.
  4. 4. Cut a square piece of baking paper large enough to wrap the vegetables.
  5. 5. Layer the vegetable slices on top of each other in a circle in the center of the paper.
  6. 6. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle the oregano on top.
  7. 7. Fold the corners of the paper together to form a packet and seal it tightly.
  8. 8. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Carefully remove the packet from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
