📜 Herbed Vegetable Paperot

Ingredients
- 200 g Zucchini
- 200 g Eggplant
- 150 g Yellow Bell Pepper
- 150 g Tomato
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- 2 g Dried Oregano
- 5 g Fresh Basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Wash the vegetables and slice the zucchini and eggplant into thin rounds.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the tomato into thick slices.
- 4. Cut a square piece of baking paper large enough to wrap the vegetables.
- 5. Layer the vegetable slices on top of each other in a circle in the center of the paper.
- 6. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle the oregano on top.
- 7. Fold the corners of the paper together to form a packet and seal it tightly.
- 8. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 9. Carefully remove the packet from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
