🍟 Quick Potato Strips with Chili-Yogurt

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 EL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 TL Chili paste
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 2 Stängel Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into approximately 2 cm cubes.
- 2. Fry the bacon cubes in a large pan over medium heat until crispy.
- 3. Remove the bacon and fry the potato cubes in the bacon fat until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- 4. Mix the yogurt with paprika powder, chili paste, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- 5. Chop the parsley finely and toss it with the potato mixture.
- 6. Serve the hot potatoes with the cold chili-yogurt sauce and the crispy bacon.
