🐟 Fried Fish with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 250 g Fish Fillets (e.g. Cod)
- 50 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 30 g butter
- 2 EL Mustard
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Dredge fish fillets in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and fry the fillets until golden brown.
- 3. Mix mustard, cream, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- 4. Heat the sauce, but do not boil.
- 5. Serve the fish fillets with the mustard sauce.
