🐟 Pan-Fried Fish with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g Fish Fillet (e.g. Cod)
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 30 g butter
- 2 EL Mustard
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 EL Parsley
- 1 Prise Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and boil potatoes.
- 2. Cut fish fillet into pieces and season.
- 3. Sauté onion in butter.
- 4. Add fish and fry until cooked through.
- 5. Add mustard and cream, mix well.
- 6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
