Ingredients
- 250 ml Cream
- 3 Blätter Gelatin
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 100 ml Milk
Instructions
- 1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
- 2. Heat cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan, bringing to a boil.
- 3. Split vanilla bean and add the seeds.
- 4. Stir in soaked gelatin until dissolved.
- 5. Pour into molds and chill for at least 4 hours.
- 6. Serve with fresh fruit.
