Ingredients
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 40 g Sugar
- 2 Blatt Gelatin
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
- 50 ml Fruit Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
- 2. Heat cream with sugar and vanilla until boiling.
- 3. Stir soaked gelatin into hot cream.
- 4. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 5. Garnish with fruit sauce before serving.
