Ingredients
- 10 Stück Puri (fried dough balls)
- 100 g Chickpeas
- 1 Stück Kartoffel
- 1 Stück Onion
- 30 g Coriander
- 1 Stück Lime
- 2 TL Pani Spice Mix
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Cook chickpeas and potatoes until soft.
- 2. Chop chickpeas and potatoes finely.
- 3. Chop onion and coriander finely.
- 4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 5. Mix water with pani spice mix.
- 6. Break the puri and fill them with the mixture.
- 7. Serve immediately.
