Ingredients
- 100 g Semolina
- 50 g Wheat Flour
- 120 ml Water
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 50 g Chickpeas
- nach Geschmack Spices (Cumin, Chili)
Instructions
- 1. Mix semolina and wheat flour with water and salt to form a dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Roll out the dough thin and cut into small rounds.
- 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- 5. Cook chickpeas and mix with spices.
- 6. Fill the puff rounds with the chickpea filling and serve.
