Ingredients
- 12 Stück Puri dough
- 100 g Chickpeas
- 100 g Potatoes
- 20 g Cilantro
- 1 EL Pani Masala
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Boil and mash the chickpeas and potatoes.
- 2. Mix water with Pani Masala.
- 3. Carefully open the puris and add the mixture.
- 4. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
