Ingredients
- 200g All-purpose Flour
- 100g paneer
- 50g Yogurt
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1 EL Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- 2. Add yogurt and water to form a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Grate paneer and mix with cilantro.
- 4. Divide the dough, fill with the mixture and shape into flatbreads.
- 5. Cook on a hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 6. Brush with butter and serve warm.
