Ingredients
- 250g Canton noodles
- 200g Chicken breast
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Bell pepper
- 100g Peas
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
- 3. Add chicken and sauté until cooked through.
- 4. Add carrots, bell pepper, and peas and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes.
- 5. Add the noodles and soy sauce, mix well, and serve.
