Ingredients
- 200g Bihon noodles
- 150g Pork
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 Bund Fresh coriander (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the bihon noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft.
- 3. Add pork and sauté until cooked through.
- 4. Add carrots and bell pepper, stir for 3-5 minutes.
- 5. Add the noodles and soy sauce, mix well and serve.
