🍛 Panang Curry with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 EL Red curry paste
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Handvoll Thai basil
Instructions
- 1. Dice all vegetables and sauté in a wok.
- 2. Add red curry paste and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 4. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve with Thai basil.
- 5. Enjoy your meal!
