🍛 Panang Curry with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 250g Shrimp
- 2 EL Panang curry paste
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 100g Snow peas
- 1 Carrots
- 1 EL Fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Sauté shrimp in a pan.
- 2. Add Panang curry paste and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Season with fish sauce and serve.
