🍛 Panang Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast (sliced)
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 EL Panang curry paste
- 1 Bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 30 g Basil (fresh)
- 1 EL Sugar
- 2 EL Fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Sear the chicken in a pan.
- 2. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
- 3. Add Panang curry paste and mix well.
- 4. Stir in coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add sugar and fish sauce.
- 6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
