🍋 Quick Chicken Piccata with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast
- 40 g All-purpose flour
- 40 g Butter
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 150 ml Chicken broth
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat the chicken breast dry. Cut it horizontally into two thin cutlets.
- 2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper on a plate. Coat the cutlets lightly in the flour mixture.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over high heat. Fry the cutlets for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and place it on a plate. Add the butter to the remaining juices in the pan.
- 5. Stir in the melting butter. Whisk in the chicken broth and lemon juice.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Pour the sauce over the chicken breast and serve immediately.
