🍞 Creamy Pan con Tomate with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 Laibe Ciabatta bread
- 400 g Ripe tomatoes
- 150 g Goat cheese
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 2 Zweige Fresh rosemary
- 5 g Sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice the ciabatta loaves into thick slices and toast them in an oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and grate the peeled tomatoes (if you remove the skin) or whole tomatoes with a grater over the toasted bread surface. Discard the tomato water.
- 3. Season the tomato layer with a good splash of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
- 4. Crumble the goat cheese over the tomatoes and break it up slightly with your fingers.
- 5. Wash the rosemary sprigs, dry them, and finely sprinkle the needles over the toasts. Serve the breakfast immediately while warm.
