🍛 Palak Paneer

Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh Spinach
- 150 g Paneer Cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cm Ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Garam Masala
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and place in ice water.
- 2. Chop the onion, tomato, ginger, and garlic roughly.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and spices (cumin and garam masala). Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, ginger, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
- 5. Add the blanched spinach and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
- 6. Puree the mixture until smooth. Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the sauce.
- 7. Simmer the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes and season with salt to taste. Serve.
