🥗 Palak Chana - Spinach and Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 200g Spinach
- 200g Chickpeas
- 1 Onion
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Steam and puree the spinach.
- 2. Drain the chickpeas (if canned).
- 3. Chop onion and ginger finely, and sauté in a pan.
- 4. Add cumin and turmeric, mix well.
- 5. Add pureed spinach and chickpeas.
- 6. Season with chili powder and salt, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
