Ingredients
- 200 g Vegetables (e.g., potatoes, onions)
- 100 g Chickpea Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 1 TL Chili Powder
- 0.5 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Salt
- zum Frittieren Oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vegetables thinly.
- 2. Mix chickpea flour with water and spices.
- 3. Dip the vegetable slices in the batter.
- 4. Heat oil and fry the pakoras until golden brown.
- 5. Drain on kitchen paper.
- 6. Serve warm, preferably with chutney.
