  1. 1. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Sauté the apple cubes in a pot with some butter and 10g sugar briefly.
  3. 3. Mix milk, eggs, cinnamon, and remaining 10g sugar in a shallow dish.
  4. 4. Dip the bread slices briefly into the egg mixture until saturated.
  5. 5. Place the saturated bread slices on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Distribute the apple mixture evenly on one half of each slice.
  7. 7. Fold the bread over so the filling is enclosed.
  8. 8. Fry the slices in a non-stick pan in butter until golden brown, approx. 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. 9. Mix the yogurt with the honey for the dip.
  10. 10. Serve the toasted sandwiches hot with the yogurt dip.
