🍜 Pad Thai with shrimp

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Shrimp
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Spring onions
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Fish sauce
- 30 g Peanuts
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 EL Lime juice
- 10 g Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Fry shrimp in a pan with some oil until they turn pink.
- 3. Add garlic and spring onions and sauté briefly.
- 4. Crack eggs into the pan and stir-fry until set.
- 5. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Mix well.
- 6. Garnish with chopped peanuts and coriander and serve.
