🍜 Pad Thai with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 150g rice noodles
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 30g peanuts
- 20g cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 TL chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Cut carrots and zucchini into thin strips.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry vegetables.
- 4. Add noodles and mix well.
- 5. Add soy sauce and chili flakes, stir-fry.
- 6. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro, serve.
