Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 150g wide rice noodles
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL oyster sauce
- 100g broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 2 EL oil
- 2 Zehen garlic
Instructions
- 1. Chop garlic finely. Cut broccoli into florets.
- 2. Cut chicken into strips and marinate with soy sauce.
- 3. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.
- 5. Add chicken and broccoli, stir-fry.
- 6. Add noodles and eggs, mix well and stir-fry.
- 7. Finish with oyster sauce and serve.
