Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Noodles
- 150 g tofu
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 Eggs
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 TL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Shallots
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes and fry until golden.
- 3. Cut broccoli into florets and blanch.
- 4. Stir-fry garlic and shallots, add tofu and broccoli.
- 5. Crack eggs into the pan, stir until set.
- 6. Add noodles, soy sauce and sugar, mix well.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
