Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Noodles
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 Eggs
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 TL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut broccoli into florets and blanch briefly.
- 3. Stir-fry the beef in a pan over high heat.
- 4. Add garlic and broccoli, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Crack eggs into the pan, stirring until set.
- 6. Add rice noodles, soy sauce and sugar, mix well.
- 7. Season with pepper and serve.
