  3. 3. Stir-fry the beef in a pan over high heat.
  4. 4. Add garlic and broccoli, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Crack eggs into the pan, stirring until set.
  6. 6. Add rice noodles, soy sauce and sugar, mix well.
  7. 7. Season with pepper and serve.
