🍜 Pad Krapow Gai (with Rice)

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast, minced
- 50 g Fresh Thai basil
- 100 g Green bell pepper, sliced
- 2-3 Stück Chilies, chopped
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves, minced
- 3 EL Soy sauce (or oyster sauce)
- 150 g Jasmine rice
- 2 EL Oil (e.g., peanut or vegetable oil)
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- 3. Sauté garlic and chili for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add minced chicken and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
- 5. Add bell pepper and soy sauce, mixing well. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the Thai basil and sauté briefly, then remove from heat.
- 7. Plate rice, top with the chicken mixture, and serve.
