Ingredients
- 200 g Ground Pork
- 1 Bund Basil
- 3 Thai Chili Peppers
- 2 EL Peanut Oil
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 TL Sugar
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 150 g Rice
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Stir-fry ground pork in a pan.
- 3. Add garlic and chili, stir-fry briefly.
- 4. Add soy sauce and sugar, mix well.
- 5. Top with fresh basil and stir lightly.
- 6. Serve with rice.
