🐟 Pad Kee Mao with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Noodles
- 150 g Shrimp
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 Thai Chili Peppers
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 EL Peanut Oil
- 1 Bund Basil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut bell pepper and zucchini into strips.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add rice noodles, soy sauce and chili; mix well.
- 6. Add basil, stir and serve.
