Ingredients
- 400g Beef
- 250g Black beans
- 150g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into pieces and place in a pot with water and spices.
- 2. Soak the beans overnight, then cook until soft.
- 3. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a pan, then add to the meat.
- 4. Cook rice in a separate pot.
- 5. Simmer meat and beans together and season.
- 6. Serve by arranging rice, beans, and beef on a plate.
