🥗 Oyakodon (Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl)

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 4 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL mirin
- 2 Portionen cooked rice
- 2 spring onion
- 1 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces and slice the onion into rings.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
- 3. Add chicken and sauté until cooked through.
- 4. Add soy sauce and mirin and let it simmer briefly.
- 5. Beat the eggs and pour them into the pan until set.
- 6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with spring onions.
