🥗 Oyakodon (Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl)

Ingredients
- 200g Chicken breast (cubed)
- 4 Eggs
- 3EL Soy sauce
- 2EL mirin
- 1 (in Ringen) Onion
- 200g Rice
- nach Bedarf Torn nori
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Sauté onion in a pan until soft.
- 3. Add chicken and cook until done, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add soy sauce and mirin, and let simmer briefly.
- 5. Crack eggs over chicken, cover and cook until set.
- 6. Serve and garnish with torn nori.
