Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 250ml milk
- 100g yogurt
- 2 EL honey
- 1 banana
- 100g berries
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the oats with the milk and yogurt.
- 2. Add honey and stir well until everything is combined.
- 3. Slice the banana and fold it into the mixture along with the berries.
- 4. Divide the mixture into two jars or bowls.
- 5. Cover the jars and leave them in the fridge overnight.
- 6. The next morning, garnish with additional fruits or nuts if desired.
