🥟 Oven Ravioli with Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Filled ravioli (spinach/quark)
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes (can)
- 125 g Mozzarella balls (small)
- 1 Bund Fresh basil
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 Stk Garlic cloves
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1/2 TL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan off).
- 2. Dice the onion and garlic finely. Heat the oil in a coated baking dish and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes until soft.
- 3. Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, and sugar. Let the sauce reduce on the stove for 2 minutes.
- 4. Fill the baking dish evenly with the frozen ravioli. Pour the tomato sauce over them.
- 5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake the pasta in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 6. Remove the dish from the oven. Remove the foil and place the mozzarella balls and torn basil on top of the pasta.
- 7. Bake the pasta for another 10 minutes without foil until the cheese melts and turns slightly brown.
