🥗 Osso Buco

Ingredients
- 400 g veal shanks
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 Stange celery
- 200 ml white wine
- 400 g tomatoes
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL lemon zest
- 2 EL parsley
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Sear the veal shanks in olive oil.
- 2. Add chopped carrots, onion, and celery and sauté.
- 3. Deglaze with white wine and add diced tomatoes.
- 4. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until the meat is tender.
- 5. Garnish with lemon zest and parsley and serve.
