🥚 French Omelette (Ormeau Style)

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Finely chopped chives
- 5 g Finely chopped tarragon
- 20 ml Whole milk
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the milk, salt, and pepper until a homogeneous liquid is formed.
- 2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Do not forget to swirl the pan so that an even layer of butter is formed.
- 3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Wait about 20 seconds until the edges begin to set.
- 4. Take the pan off the heat and shake it vigorously back and forth. The eggs should remain creamy and slightly liquid inside.
- 5. Scatter the chives and tarragon on one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over.
- 6. Skillfully invert the omelette onto a warm plate and serve immediately. It should be golden brown and supple.
