1. Wash the oranges thoroughly, finely grate about 1 tsp of zest from one orange, halve the fruits, and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the orange zest and juice well with 75 g of powdered sugar and yogurt.
2. In a separate bowl, soak the gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes. Squeeze the gelatin lightly and melt it in a pot over medium heat. Stir in 2 tbsp of the yogurt mixture, then gently fold this mixture into the remaining yogurt cream. Chill.
3. In a bowl, whip the whipping cream stiff using a hand mixer and whisk. As soon as the cream starts to thicken, fold in the whipped cream. Chill the mousse for at least 2 hours or overnight to let it set.
4. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them. Mix in a bowl with the remaining powdered sugar and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
5. Portion the orange-yogurt mousse with a warm spoon and serve together with the strawberries. Enjoy your meal!
