🍮 Orange Custard Cups

Ingredients
- 250 ml Heavy cream (for whipping)
- 150 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 Stk Gelatine (leaves)
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 EL Orange zest
- 150 g Orange segments (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
- 2. Whip the cream until stiff and set aside for later.
- 3. Gently warm the orange juice with the sugar and zest, but do not let it boil.
- 4. Squeeze the gelatine dry and stir it into the warm juice until dissolved.
- 5. Let the juice mixture cool slightly, then fold in the whipped cream.
- 6. Fill the cream into 4 small cups and place orange segments on top of each portion.
- 7. Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the cream is firm.
