🍜 Onigiri (Rice Balls)

Ingredients
- 200 g Short-Grain Rice
- 300 ml Water
- 2 Blätter Nori Seaweed
- 1 TL Salt
- 2 TL Filling (e.g. Umeboshi)
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice thoroughly and cook with water.
- 2. Let it cool slightly and add salt.
- 3. With wet hands, shape small portions and add filling in the middle.
- 4. Shape into balls and wrap with nori.
- 5. Serve and enjoy!
