🥪 Onigirazu (Rice Sandwich)

Ingredients
- 2 Nori sheets
- 150g Rice
- 1 (in Scheiben) Cucumber
- 1 (gerieben) Carrot
- 1 (in Scheiben) Avocado
- 1EL Soy sauce
- 1TL (geröstet) Sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Place one nori sheet on a sheet of plastic wrap.
- 3. Arrange a layer of rice in the center of the nori sheet.
- 4. Place vegetables and avocado on top of the rice, drizzle with soy sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- 5. Fold the corners of the nori sheet over to form a sandwich.
