🥔 One-Pot Potato Sausage with Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 400 g Waxy potatoes
- 4 Stück Frankfurters (or similar sausage)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 20 g Butter
- 1 TL Dry mustard powder
- 1 TL Dried herbs (thyme/rosemary)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes and onion into small cubes.
- 2. Slice the sausages into thick sticks.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the potatoes and onions over medium heat for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Add the sausages, herbs, and mustard. Fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Melt the butter and stir it into the dish. Season with salt and pepper.
