Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Carrots
- 100g Peas (frozen or fresh)
- 100g Pickled cucumbers
- 2 Eggs
- 3EL mayonnaise
- nach Geschmack Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes and carrot, let cool, and dice.
- 2. Boil eggs hard, let cool, and dice.
- 3. Dice cucumbers and add all ingredients to a bowl.
- 4. Add peas and mix well.
- 5. Dress with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
