Ingredients
- 100 g black olives
- 1 EL capers
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 3 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- 2. Blend to a smooth paste.
- 3. Thin with a little water if needed.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
