Ingredients
- 150 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 Zehe fresh garlic
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 EL, gehackt parsley
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Add olives, garlic, and olive oil to a food processor.
- 2. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
- 3. Season with parsley and pepper.
- 4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
- 5. Serve on freshly baked bread.
